Since mid 2026 I have transitioned into designing and developing software with agentic coding systems. I suspect this will be how the majority of developers are working now.
For my work projects I have been fitting in with a very structured multi-agent setup, while for little hobby projects I have been applying a minimalist approach using the latest available Opus and Sonnet models.
There is a reasonable chance that I would have spun up a custom platform for this blog instead of the hosted platform that it currently exists as if I had the current level of experience with agentic AI and knew the limitations and annoyances of the platform.
